Lace up those sneakers and dust off your workout gear because Nakheel is rolling out the fitness carpet for an exhilarating month! The Dubai Fitness Challenge makes its return for the seventh edition with heart-pumping activities and classes across Nakheel destinations to make residents commit to 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.
As the city unites again for a month-long celebration of wellbeing, join the array of fitness events and engaging activities that will connect your mind and body with the outdoors.
In partnership with Dubai’s premium fitness studios, and coaches, a variety of fitness sessions will be hosted across the scenic locations of Palm West Beach, Dubai Islands Beach, DXBike and Golden Mile Galleria. Residents of all ages and fitness levels can choose from different experiences, including ice bath session, Pilates, yoga, CrossFit, HIIT workout with the stunning backdrop of Palm Jumeirah.
In addition to the dynamic events scheduled across Nakheel’s various destinations, Nakheel is extending its commitment to employee wellbeing by organizing fitness-based activities and initiatives to energy its workforce throughout the 30-day challenge.
Revitalise your mind and body at Palm West Beach
HIIT workout with F45
- Teaming up with one of the city’s leading fitness studios F45, participants can take part in dynamic resistance-based strength training and cardio sessions on 4 November from 10:30 am to 11:15 am.
Sunrise beach yoga with Yoga La Vie
- Kickstart your day with a serene Sun Salutation yoga experience led by Yoga La Vie on 4 and 5 November from 6 am to 7 am.
- Enthusiasts can participate in a variety of outdoor classes designed to boost flexibility and muscle strength, sustain cardiovascular health, elevate athletic performance, and induce relaxation and rejuvenation.
Stretching with Top stretching
- Join a session by Top stretching, which will focus on the holistic wellbeing, incorporating exercises that promote relaxation, muscle strengthening and toning. This session will be on 4 and 5 November, from 8 am to 9 am.
XFIT with Fitness First
- Get ready to strengthen your core and increase your flexibility with an XFIT group class with Fitness First in honor of Dubai Fitness Challenge, on 4 and 5 November from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
Yoga and Pilates with Yoga La Vie
- End the day with a calming Pilates and yoga session by Yoga La Vie. Strengthen both the body and mind on 4 and 5 November from 4:30 pm to 6 pm and engage in a captivating sunset experience with a picturesque view of Palm Jumeirah.
Sunset boxing with Lucky Punch
- Gear up with your boxing gloves and headphones and push yourself to new limits with Lucky Punch’s invigorating one-hour boxing session using aqua bags. Join this on 4 and 5 November from 6 pm to 7 pm.
Cycle your way along the Dubai Skyline at DXBike
Flow Yoga with Fitness First
- Revitalize your mind and body and increase your flexibility with a fulfilling flow yoga session on the track with Fitness First on 11 and 12 November from 8 am to 9 am.
Scooter ride with XDubai
- Get together on the pump track and elevate your scooter ride with XDubai on 11 and 12 November from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Biking and fitness workouts with XDubai
- Join the country’s biggest extreme action sports hub for two days filled with rollerblading, skateboarding, BMX racing and other wheel-based sports for beginners and professionals on 11 and 12 November from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Sunset boxing with Lucky Punch
- Slip on your boxing gloves and let the music drive your punches on aqua bags on 11 and 12 November from 6 pm to 7 pm.
HIIT workout with F45
- For an adrenaline rush, join the resistance-based strength training and cardio workout on the track on 12 November from 9 am to 10 am.
