Vapiano, the UAE’s much-loved Italian restaurant, has launched its newest location in the bustling City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah. This marks Vapiano’s first venture into the Emirate of Sharjah, bringing its hyper-customizable menus and handmade fresh pasta and pizza to a new audience.

With the opening of Vapiano City Centre Al Zahia, guests can expect to indulge in the restaurant’s signature dishes, including classic pasta favorites such as the Alfredo with creamy sauce, chicken, and mushrooms, or the Gamberetti and Spinaci with shrimp and creamy pesto sauce. Guests can also create their own dream combinations by adding fresh chili, garlic, meat, or fish to their pasta dishes.
Pizza lovers can equally look forward to an array of options, including the classic Diavolo or the hearty Calzone with mushrooms, prosciutto, and mozzarella. As with pasta, guests can customize their pizzas with toppings to their liking. The restaurant also offers antipasti dishes, salads, and a range of drinks, including their signature iced tea and classic mocktails such as the Mojito.
Vapiano’s latest restaurant is the most intimate of the UAE Vapiano locations, with 290 square meters of internal seating and a 122-square-meter outdoor terrace accommodating up to 118 guests. The space is designed to provide a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere for diners to enjoy a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner. The restaurant boasts the same sharing tables and laid-back seating areas that have made Vapiano famous worldwide. The signature olive tree sits in the center of the restaurant, while the walls feature hand-drawn murals by Swedish artist Matilde Petterson. Guests can also relax in the separate bar area, which is bright and airy, providing a warm ambiance to enjoy their drinks.
The Al Ahlia General Trading group, which has an esteemed reputation for its successful restaurants across the UAE, owns Vapiano City Centre Al Zahia. The group now has six restaurants in the UAE, including this latest addition. The restaurant’s operation manager, Ilenia Alba, who has been part of the Vapiano family for over five years, will oversee the new venture.
