Want to enjoy hot, tender, and delicious Tandoori Chicken, cooked in an air fryer? Well, here’s the recipe!
Step 1: Marination
To prepare the marinade, you need Garam Masala, Pepper Powder, Corriander Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Fresh Garlic and Ginger Paste (1-inch ginger and 4-5 cloves of garlic coarsely crushed), 1-tsp of oil. Add 1/2 cup of curd, 1/2 lemon, and mix them all well.
Step 2: Prepping the Chicken
Prep the chicken by slitting the chicken pieces. Gently apply the marinade on the chicken pieces including in the slits so that the pieces are coated with the marinade completely. Set aside the marinated chicken for about 10 to 12 hours.
Step 3: Air Frying the Chicken
Air Fry the chicken pieces at 200-degree centigrade for 15 minutes. After the initial 15 minutes turn the chicken pieces over and again air-fry it for another 10 minutes at 200-degree centigrade.
Enjoy the hot, juicy, and delicious tandoori chicken! Goes well with roti/naan or rice, with freshly sliced onions.
