In a true celebration of the moreish flavour of the black truffle, Nobu Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm will be serving an exclusive truffle-focused menu from the 1st to 15th February.
Long revered as one of the world’s most luxurious products and known as the ‘diamond of the kitchen’, the black truffle fits entirely with the sophisticated, luxe aesthetic for which Nobu Dubai is known and loved. This dedicated truffle menu – made up of both signature bites and all-new items – will see the restaurant’s chefs showcasing a range of elegant, cutting-edge dishes, fusing time-honoured Japanese cooking techniques, premium ingredients and a keen sense of innovation.
Delivered to the table with Nobu’s customary five-star service, dishes range from the simple-yet-sublime salmon truffle lemon-lime to the experimental squid with tofu cream cheese and dry miso, as well as the extravagant succulent roasted lobster with truffle amazu ponzu butter, and beautifully cooked Japanese ribeye with a wasabi truffle crust. Desserts meanwhile are something of a revelation and see sweet and savoury flavours combined to exquisite, highly creative effect – the white chocolate truffle mousse with tropical ice cream is a must-try.
Should diners wish to enjoy premium spirits, wines, Nobu’s exclusive Hakusetsu sake and innovative, signature cocktails alongside their truffle dishes, they are very welcome to do so.
The truffle menu, which features 12 tantalising dishes, is available from the 1st to 15th February, during which the a la carte food and beverage menu is also available during this time.
